8.6 Basis of Bargain
These limitations reflect the allocation of risk between the parties and the fact that our Services are provided free of charge to most users. Without these limitations, we could not provide our Services economically.
9. INDEMNIFICATION

10. ACCOUNT TERMINATION AND SUSPENSION

10.2 Termination by The OK Post
We may suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, including for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Suspected illegal activity
- Court orders or law enforcement requests
- Protection of our rights or the rights of others
- Technical or security issues
10.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, your right to access our Services ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, indemnification, and limitation of liability) shall remain in effect.
11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
11.1 Informal Resolution Required
BEFORE INITIATING ANY FORMAL PROCEEDING, YOU MUST FIRST CONTACT US AT LEGAL@THEOKPOST.COM TO ATTEMPT GOOD FAITH RESOLUTION. WE MUST HAVE 60 DAYS TO RESPOND AND ATTEMPT RESOLUTION.
11.2 Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to conflict of law principles. ANY LEGAL ACTION OR PROCEEDING RELATING TO THESE TERMS SHALL BE INSTITUTED EXCLUSIVELY IN THE FEDERAL OR STATE COURTS LOCATED IN OKLAHOMA COUNTY, OKLAHOMA, AND EACH PARTY IRREVOCABLY SUBMITS TO THE JURISDICTION OF SUCH COURTS AND WAIVES ANY OBJECTION TO VENUE.
11.3 Class Action Waiver
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

Any claim must be filed within one (1) year after the claim arose or you became aware of the facts giving rise to the claim, whichever is earlier.
12. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENT TERMS

12.2 Payment and Refunds

Some subscription services are processed through Google Reader Revenue Manager. For subscriptions purchased through Google’s system:
- Billing and payment processing are handled by Google
- Cancellations must be processed through Google’s cancellation system
- Google’s Reader Revenue Manager terms also apply to your subscription
- Your subscription may appear in Google Search, Discover, and News products
13. COMMUNICATIONS AND NEWSLETTERS
13.1 Consent to Communications
