TULSA, Okla., (The Oklahoma Post) –
Tulsa County Sheriffs Office (TCSO) investigators have booked 40-year-old Deputy Brad Smalygo into the Tulsa County Jail for misdemeanor obstruction charge in addition, the Washington County booking website shows Smalygo was arrested for “removed falsified used unauthorized ID Charges”.
• Deputy Smalygo refused to comply with a search warrant issued by a judge in connection to an ongoing stolen property investigation.
• Deputy Smalygo has been employed with the Tulsa County Sheriff’s Office since February 18, 2014. He is a certified deputy who was placed on unpaid administrative leave earlier today.
